I’m Beatriz, the photographer behind Mira Fotografía Infantil in Algeciras, and my work is built around a simple idea: the best family photographs are born from natural moments. As a mother and a professional with years of experience in maternity, newborn, child and family photography, I combine sensitivity and technique to tell your story with images that move you. I work both outdoors—making the most of the charming spots around the Campo de Gibraltar—and in my studio in Algeciras, adapting the style to what best represents your family. My working philosophy is personalised. Before the session we take time to talk so I can understand your story, preferences and favourite locations. During the session I create a relaxed, playful atmosphere: I explain, accompany and encourage children to have fun; when the people in front of the camera are comfortable, the photos flow. If you prefer an intimate, cosy portrait, the studio gives me full control of light and carefully arranged settings; if you’re after spontaneity and movement, I suggest outdoor sessions at sunrise or sunset. Beyond family sessions, my experience in maternity and newborn photography lets me offer cohesive reportage packages that connect stages—from pregnancy to the baby’s first days and growth portraits. I understand each image as a legacy and work with respect, patience and all the necessary equipment to make the session comfortable and safe. After the session you will receive a password-protected private gallery to choose your favourite images.
