As a family photographer based in Benalmádena, my aim is to create images that tell the real story of your family: spontaneous laughter, knowing looks and those small gestures that, over time, become invaluable. I have been working in Málaga since 2001 and split my time between the Costa del Sol and the French Alps —an experience that has taught me to adapt to all kinds of light and settings to achieve natural, timeless photographs. I consider myself a specialist in family photography and portraits. My style is documentary, natural and photojournalistic: I stay unobtrusive when needed to capture spontaneity, and I gently direct when it helps to create calmer, more styled moments. This approach works especially well with newborns, babies and children because I respect their rhythms and turn the session into a relaxed, enjoyable experience for everyone. Before the session we’ll have a brief consultation: we discuss the location (at home, on the beach or other Costa del Sol outdoor spots), the scale of the celebration (baptism, communion or an intimate birthday) and your expectations. I love advising on locations and timing —particularly the warm light of sunrise or sunset— to achieve emotive, warm images. Preparation and technical care are always part of the process: I arrive with everything tested and ready so you don’t have to worry about a thing. During the session I aim to create a close, relaxed atmosphere. My method combines gentle direction and conversation so even the shyest family members feel comfortable, with periods of observation to capture genuine expressions. Afterwards I carefully select and edit the images: I look for results that stay true to the reality of the day, applying retouching where needed to enhance the photograph without losing authenticity. I deliver the images through a private online gallery so you can view, share and download them easily. If you wish, I can also assist with prints and albums.
