We are Lorena and Jose Luis, the team behind MARTLO PHOTOGRAPHY in Motril. Our vocation is to tell family stories through images: laughter, knowing glances and small gestures that, turned into photographs, become memories to cherish for a lifetime. We position ourselves as specialists in family photography because that is where our experience, sensitivity and creative style come together. Our approach seeks naturalness and spontaneity: we don’t believe in forced poses. We prefer to create a relaxed and fun atmosphere—both in the studio and on location—so that you can be yourselves and children can enjoy the session. That is how authentic smiles and soulful images appear. We pay careful attention to every detail: curated props, soft tones and a consistent aesthetic that respects your family identity. Although family photography is our specialty, we also offer maternity sessions and children’s photo reports that share the same intimate, natural style. For maternity sessions we look for light and serenity; for babies and children we prioritize comfort and safety, always with patience and respect for their pace. We provide much of the necessary props and wardrobe, but we always listen to your ideas to integrate them creatively. Our way of working is close and personalized: we begin with a conversation to understand what you expect and who you are as a family; we plan the session (studio or outdoor), manage the day’s rhythm and support you through post-production with professional retouching to deliver images that move you. We are driven by the passion to freeze everyday moments that, years from now, will bring back the memory of a specific instant. Based in Motril, we travel along the Granada coast for outdoor sessions whenever you wish; our goal is for the experience to be comfortable, safe and endearing for everyone.
