Núria Sánchez

I’m Núria Sánchez, a photographer based in Manacor specializing in family photography. My work revolves around simplicity, naturalness and light: I aim to create sessions where you feel comfortable so genuine gestures, looks and little routines that tell your story can emerge. For this reason I focus especially on maternity photography, newborn portraits and sessions with children, where patience and respect for timing are as important as the aesthetic. My approach is documentary and close: I prefer to remain unobtrusive to capture spontaneous moments and gently direct when needed. I work both at the shared SAIM studio in Manacor and on outdoor locations or in your home, depending on what best represents your story. I enjoy working with natural light, reflections and soft colours to achieve warm images that convey calm and truth. Before each session we talk about what you want: clothing, props and the atmosphere you desire. In maternity photography I look to show the beauty of transformation; for newborn portraits I adapt the pace to the baby, allowing time for feeding and rest; with children I prioritise play and spontaneity to obtain lively, honest images. For communions and family sessions I also remain discreet, placing the focus on the child so the memory belongs to them. I studied artistic photography and, alongside the professional digital practice I offer, analogue photography is part of my personal projects: I’m drawn to the patience and the magic of not seeing the image instantly. This sensitivity is reflected in my framing and in the care with which I deliver your work. Photographs are provided thoughtfully in a private online gallery, and there is the option to order printed copies to preserve your favourite moments.
