I’m Eva, the photographer behind Eva Pascual Photography, and I specialize in telling family stories with a close, natural eye. After more than a decade photographing feelings, smiles and authentic moments, I have focused my work on family photography: couple sessions, shoots with children, maternity and newborn photography, and First Communion coverage. I work from Irun and the Bidasoa area, and I frequently travel across Gipuzkoa to find the locations that best fit your story. My approach is simple: I aim for sessions that flow naturally. Before the session I like to get to know you, talk about places that hold memories or where the children feel comfortable, and answer any questions. Family sessions are usually held outdoors—beach, mountains or parks—because I believe children are more relaxed in familiar surroundings and that shows in the images. For newborns, I work at home to respect routines and capture those first moments in the most intimate environment. I look for spontaneity, everyday gestures and real connections between you. I avoid rigid posing; instead I prefer to guide small actions and games that bring out genuine smiles. This philosophy allows me to be unobtrusive when needed and, at the same time, to step in to create emotive, lively images. Every family is unique and I adapt to your pace: calm, relaxed or full of energy, always aiming to reflect each person’s personality. In addition to family sessions, my experience in maternity and newborn photography helps me support families with sensitivity during the stages before and after birth. As a local photographer I know the best spots and natural light around the area, which works very well for this type of session and helps create beautiful, personal images.
