I’m Marta López de Salazar, the photographer behind Acontrallum, and my work is built on a simple idea: turning your family’s everyday moments into lasting memories. As a family photography specialist in El Clot (Barcelona), my approach is documentary and close; I aim for images that convey real emotion, genuine connection and the warmth of your daily life, without forced posing. My style draws on natural light and relaxed environments: whether in the studio or in lifestyle sessions at your home, I work to make you feel at ease. I create calm atmospheres—with music, patience and playful prompts—that help children relax, smiles flow and looks become sincere. It’s not about chasing the perfect shot, but about capturing the truth of each instant: a hand holding another, a shared laugh, an innocent gesture that speaks of who you are. How do I work with you? Before the session we talk to understand which moment of family life you want to remember, and I send a practical guide with wardrobe ideas and tips to prepare the little ones. On the day of the session I take care of the details to make everything comfortable: I gently guide poses when needed, propose natural activities to elicit genuine reactions and, above all, give you space to be yourselves. Beyond family sessions, I accompany important stages like pregnancy and the baby’s first days, integrating those images into a coherent visual narrative of your story. My aim is for each reportage to function like a life album: photographs you’ll want to hang on the wall, give as gifts and revisit time and again.
