I’m Vanesa Aguilera, a family photographer based in Ripollet, regularly working in Sabadell and Barcelona. As a mother, my gaze is drawn to the authentic: I aim to capture small gestures, spontaneous laughter and the calm of everyday moments that, over time, become our most cherished memories. My specialty is lifestyle family photography, with sessions designed so you feel comfortable and natural, without forced poses. My approach blends documentary sensitivity with a clean aesthetic: I work with natural light whenever possible and adapt each session to the family’s pace—whether outdoors, at your home or in studio—so children and babies can be themselves. I photograph maternity and pregnancy sessions, newborns and babies (including Fresh48 and breastfeeding sessions), and family celebrations such as Smash Cake shoots for birthdays. Each stage of family life has its own story, and I enjoy accompanying that story with warm, honest images. Before the session we talk calmly: I want to know about your daily life, favorite places and the little habits that define you. That conversation helps me suggest locations, colors and details that bring visual coherence to the report. During the session I create a relaxed, playful atmosphere; rather than directing, I accompany: I give simple prompts to encourage natural moments and leave room for spontaneity. Commitment and closeness are central to my work: I take part in charitable projects such as Dits Petits and provide support in sensitive situations, including perinatal bereavement photography, because I believe in the human value of images. My goal is that, when you look at your photographs, you feel again the warmth and emotion of the moment.
