I’m Sara Lagunas, a photographer based in Tàrrega with a clear dedication to family photography. My work arises from everyday life: I’m a mother and I understand how precious each gesture, laugh and hug is. My approach rests on three pillars that guide every session: active listening, attention to detail and emotional commitment. Before the session I listen to you to understand what you want to remember; during the session I take care of the light, the framing and the rhythm so the shots flow naturally; and afterwards I edit with sensitivity so the images retain warmth and authenticity. The result is family photos that convey connection and emotion, without stiff poses or artifices. In my cozy studio in Tàrrega —or outdoors if you prefer natural light— I create a relaxed atmosphere where children feel comfortable and families can be themselves. My approach is warm and patient: I take the time needed to earn the trust of the little ones, capture sincere looks and those spontaneous moments that are usually the most valuable. For newborn sessions I use soft lighting and a calm atmosphere that respects the baby’s rhythms and the parents’ comfort. Although my specialty is family photography, I work with all kinds of family moments: newborn sessions, portraits of children, communion sessions and intimate celebrations such as baptisms or birthdays.
