I'm Andrzej from Witek Photography, a family photographer based in Vallcarca (Barcelona). My work focuses on documentary, natural photography: I don't look for forced poses, I look for real moments. Here you will find sessions designed for newborns, babies, children and intimate celebrations such as baptisms and communions, always with a single goal: to capture emotion and relationships as they happen. My priority is to interfere as little as possible: I accompany the scene, let the moments flow and shoot within the intimacy of the instant. In newborn and baby sessions I care for tenderness and natural light; with children I look for movement and personality; in baptisms and communions I combine the event narrative with emotive details that tell the family's story. How we work We start with a conversation to get to know each other: what matters to you, how you feel most comfortable and what you want to remember. Often I enjoy doing "day-in-the-life" sessions at home, where the everyday becomes memory; other times we meet outdoors around Vallcarca or in one of Barcelona's photogenic corners. During the session I leave space for spontaneity and, when needed, give gentle direction so everything feels natural and relaxed. Results and care I deliver carefully edited images intended to age well: photographs that grow in emotional value over time.
