I’m Rebeca Canalda, a photographer specialized in family photography based in Alcalá de Henares. My work stems from a passion for telling everyday stories with sensitivity: the looks shared between siblings, spontaneous laughter, small gestures that go unnoticed and, over time, become the most precious memories. I create images that not only look beautiful but also let you relive the moment. My approach focuses on families and children: I seek naturalness, closeness and a relaxed atmosphere where everything can flow. I work both in my Alcalá studio and on location — taking advantage of the light and corners of the Corredor del Henares — so I can adapt to each family’s needs. During the session I prioritize play, conversation and spontaneity so little ones can be themselves; this is how I capture honest portraits and authentic memories. How I work: before the session we talk to understand your preferences and expectations. On the day of the shoot my aim is for you to feel comfortable: I don’t impose complicated poses; I guide, accompany and suggest simple situations that generate real emotions. Afterwards I carefully select and edit the images with a professional treatment consistent with my style — bright, warm and timeless — and deliver a private gallery where you can choose your favorites at your own pace. I offer sessions designed for families, children and newborns, and I also cover special family events such as baptisms, communions and birthdays. Family photography is my primary focus and the area where I have developed the most experience in my Alcalá de Henares studio.
