Soy de Colores was born from a vocation for image-making and, above all, a deep connection to childhood. Based in Alcobendas and specialized in family photography, my aim is to capture life as it is: spontaneous, warm and full of small emotions that deserve to remain forever. My family sessions are designed so that both adults and little ones feel comfortable from the very first minute. I work outdoors in locations with natural light and flattering spaces, and also indoors — at your home or in the studio — when we seek intimate, natural images in the child’s everyday environment. I don’t like to rush: I let sessions flow at the children’s pace, because often the best photographs appear when no one is looking. Working with babies, newborns and expectant mothers has taught me patience, gentleness and the importance of creating a calm atmosphere. Each session adapts to the family: variable time according to needs, attention to detail and absolute respect for the rhythm of the child or the mum. I love documenting those honest gestures — a laugh, a caress, a look — and transforming them into images that still move you years later. Style and approach: I seek a balance between documentary and carefully composed images; bright photos with natural color and occasional black-and-white when the story calls for it. I edit with care to enhance light, color and emotion without artifices, preserving each family’s authenticity. Working with me is simple and friendly: we talk before the session to choose the place and the tone you want, on the day of the shoot I accompany you with calm professionalism, and afterwards I deliver the edited photographs so you can keep and share those memories.
