I'm Rubén, the photographer behind En el CAMPITO, and my work revolves around one thing: families. I specialize in family photography in Alcorcón and the surrounding area, and my intention is simple — to capture how you are when you’re being yourselves — with no forced poses or filters that mask the moment. I like sessions to feel like an afternoon of play, conversation and snacks at the campito. That relaxed atmosphere helps children forget the camera, and that’s when the images that will move you in years to come appear: laughter with runny noses, muddy knees, knowing looks between siblings and genuine hugs. I work naturally and with a lot of patience: I don’t rush, I don’t impose poses. I prefer to accompany you and tell your small stories with light and simple composition. Why choose En el CAMPITO? Because I understand families: I’m the father of Mateo and Luca and I’ve spent years doing outdoor sessions and working from my studio in Alcorcón. That experience has taught me how to manage little ones’ timing, how to find pretty corners near the city and how to offer a friendly, no-fuss approach. I edit in a natural way — I adjust light and color — but I avoid retouching that changes the essence of the images. How I work: we agree on a date, choose a place you like (my favorite nearby spots are commonly used) and spend a fun afternoon together. Bring anything that represents you — a stuffed toy, a bike, the family pet — and several outfits if you want variety. During the session I stay alert to authentic moments and keep shooting so you have a generous selection of memories afterward. Although my main focus is family photography, I also offer related sessions such as maternity, newborn and children’s or First Communion portraits — always with the same natural, close approach.
