Hello, I’m Ruth Hernández and my passion is telling families’ stories through sincere, heartfelt images. I prefer natural light to harsh studio lamps, so I work in an open, bright studio where families feel at home, and I also head outdoors to take advantage of the golden hour. I have designed sets and props that help both children and adults relax, play and express themselves freely; this is how I create authentic, creative photographs that are unique to each session. I work with families of all ages: couples and maternity sessions, newborns, babies and children, as well as outdoor family photo reports. My method balances planning and flexibility: I prepare each session with wardrobe and location advice, but I always allow room for spontaneity — that’s where the best images usually appear.
