I’m Susana — a photographer and mother of two — and my work focuses on family photography: images that do more than show faces, they hold the story of a life. In Villanueva del Pardillo I specialise in family sessions with an intimate, sincere approach that prioritises natural moments over formal poses. My aim is for each photograph to convey tenderness, complicity and the small passing instants that later become our most cherished memories. My way of working is close and unhurried. Before the session we talk to get to know one another, choose a style and prepare the little details that make a difference. In the studio, which I strive to make feel like home, I give time for emotions to flow: no rush, just space to laugh, hug and be. With children and babies, patience is essential; I have experience working with the rhythms of little ones so sessions are respectful, calm and enjoyable for the whole family. Although my specialty is family photography, I often incorporate Fine Art elements to achieve elegant, timeless images. I also offer newborn sessions and playful child shoots such as smash cake sessions to celebrate the first year — always adapting the approach to each family’s personality. For those who prefer, I can come to your home or shoot outdoors, and I’m happy to include your pet so the whole group is immortalised. Beyond the photographs, I support the work with preservation solutions: album design and layout, prints and cards so those memories can be enjoyed over time.
