I’m Rafa Perdomo, a photographer based in San Vicent del Raspeig specializing in family photography. My work is born from the conviction that the best images tell a real story: spontaneous laughter, knowing looks, hugs you can still feel when you see the photo. My goal is to freeze moments for you and deliver authentic memories you’ll want to hang on the wall and relive again and again. My approach is simple: naturalness above all. I don’t seek stiff poses or forced backdrops; I prefer to create a comfortable atmosphere where the family can be themselves. I work in the studio, at your home and outdoors to adapt to what feels closest to you. In the studio I have a bright, cozy space ideal for intimate portraits; at home I capture everyday life and the closeness that only appears in your own surroundings; and outdoors I take advantage of the Mediterranean light for fresh, uncontrived images. Experience has taught me how to connect with children and babies in a calm, respectful way: patience, play and lots of smiles. For newborn and baby sessions I adapt to the family’s rhythm, always aiming for a pleasant, unhurried experience. I work sensitively so the little ones feel safe and the photographs convey warmth and tenderness. How I work: before the session we talk to get to know each other, define the location and the idea, and make sure you feel relaxed. During the session I give only as much direction as needed: I suggest games, everyday situations and small gestures that create real emotion. Afterwards I carefully select and edit each image to enhance its naturalness and emotional impact.
